Privacy and cookies
Hunt & Hammer is the auction arm of Graeme Hunt Ltd, London. This notice explains what we hold, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
What we hold
The details you give us: your name, email address, telephone number, postal address, any identity document you upload for bidding approval, the cars you enter for sale, and the messages, questions and bids you send us. Bids are never published, a bidder sees only their own standing in the order.
Advertising measurement
We advertise on Google. To understand which adverts bring genuine enquiries, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies. These record pages viewed, the lots and galleries opened, and whether an enquiry, car entry or account registration was completed. Google acts as the recipient of that measurement data and may use it to measure and optimise our advertising.
We do not send your name, email address, telephone number, postal address or any bid amount to Google. Google's own privacy information is at business.safety.google/privacy.
Your cookie choice
Visitors in the UK, the EEA, Switzerland and Canada are asked once, on a banner, before advertising cookies are used. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and no advertising cookies are set if you reject. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time, it applies immediately.
Registered bidders can also switch off the usage analytics we keep in our own records from the account page.
